Great use of time, we have so little these days! This being out first BMW car she guided us patiently through the process of understanding a BMW product. At delivery Genius Chris gave us a much needed crash course on navigating the features with patience and humour. The bow on the car was the icing on the cake! Looking forward to 4 years of performance with support from the Service Department when needed. More
