I was looking for the right car for some time and when I called Ken my expectation was to only talk the numbers (Sales reps usually need to give you the speech on how good the car they're selling is and bla, bla, bla). Ken went straight to the point and a matter of 2 or 3 phone calls in 1 hour period we had all terms discussed and aligned. Other dealers felt they must give me the "sales speech" and Ken was good on understanding my style and adapting to it. Everything we discussed was executed flawlessly and expectations were realistic settled up since day one. The best experience when comparing to the last 5 cars I bought. More

Due to an oversight, the owners of the dealership had left on vacation without signing a refund cheque payable upon picking up our new vehicle. We were given many apologies for the delay and assured that a cheque would be couriered to us within a few days. Upon discovery of this delay to our refund, Steve worked while we were involved with the BMW genius presentation to get a signed cheque for our refund from a sister dealership. Steve then informed us that our cheque would be ready for us by the end of our presentation, which it was. Steve is an extremely pleasant and professional person to work with and he will always work to find a solution to make a good deal work for you. We will always return to Parkview for our BMW needs coupled with exemplary service. More
