Danny and Cesar are great people! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. In July, I took a Seltos for a test drive, liked it, bought one. They made the process smooth. The Parts people are very helpful as I bought a full sized spare tire and threw out the useless donut tire. The General Manager greeted me when I bought the car, which impressed me. The others are very polite and courteous and addressed me professionally. These days it is rare to see people in a company following good social manners which Straightline Kia people do daily. The only thing I'd like a change is the test drive process. Just throw me the keys and tell me they'd call the cops when I'm not back in forty minutes! I remember that when I bought my first new car, so long ago, a place far far away. In the Parts Department I have my eyes on a set of nice rims for winter tires! We were promised something special when we picked up the car but we didn’t receive anything except an ask for more add ons and an explanation of why they would not do anything We were also told there was a deal on where you received a trip if you purchased a car but then there were excuses as to why we couldn’t have it. I think when you pay $51000 plus $8000for the windshield and repairs, they could honour the promotion.. More
