First off I want to thank you for visiting my page! My Name is Cameron Adams and I am the General Sales Manager at Harris Kia in Nanaimo, British Columbia. I was born and raised in this beautiful city and I absolutely love my job. My goal when I started this career in the automotive industry was to put in the time and effort to make every customer of mine happy when they leave the dealership whether they buy a vehicle or not. I will do my absolute best to make your car buying experience here at Harris Kia the best one you will ever have. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with such amazing and genuine people and also get the chance to sell Kia product because It has come so far and really is a top Company in our society today. I am a loving Father and play soccer at a high level for Nanaimo United FC. From the beginning of meeting Sara she was very friendly and made us feel at ease. When we went for the test drive we were both amazed at how knowledgeable she was especially after finding out she was reall and made us feel at ease. Definitely the training she received and her commitment to it has left her with amazing knowledge. To be honest we weren't intending to buy just to get an idea of what we could get on our trade in but with the information from Sara and the support from Cameron it was a no brainer that we ended up buying Marcelo was also very friendly and funny and ended up the transaction successfully. We had a very mixed experience at this dealership. Our salesperson Sara was great, but unfortunately the entire rest of the business dropped the ball in several ways. We were very firm on our budget from salesperson Sara was great, but unfortunately the entire rest of the business dropped the ball in several ways. We were very firm on our budget from the start, yet other salespeople continued to try to sell us vehicles outside of our budget, all while insisting they "aren't the kind of dealership that will try to sell you a car outside your budget". When we finally agreed to one price, we were again presented with a price outside of our budget in the finance department. When we decided on a vehicle, we noticed it had two open recalls on it according to the Carfax report. When we asked about these, we were assured they had been completed, and the person we spoke to insisted he didn't even have to check because he was sure it had been done. Then, a day or two later, we get a call informing us one of the recalls had not been done, and we would need to come in to do so. On the phone we were told this would take about 30 minutes, yet when we arrived at the service centre we were informed it would be an hour and a half. The service department was also completely unapologetic at their inability accurately estimate the time the service would take. We also had to return to the dealership because the finance department never took our downpayment despite us asking when we would pay that several times, as well as missed providing us important documents. Overall we are happy with out vehicle, but will never come to this dealership again. More

I only planned to go in and look at the electric vehicles and learn about them because I was so tired of gas prices but then I met Sara and she was amazing and we test drove a KIA Soul 2021 and it was just s and learn about them because I was so tired of gas prices but then I met Sara and she was amazing and we test drove a KIA Soul 2021 and it was just such an amazing experience and the deals, government grants and financing deals made it doable monthly, especially without having to pay gas anymore and with a ten year warranty.
