First off I want to thank you for visiting my page! My Name is Cameron Adams and I am the General Sales Manager at Harris Kia in Nanaimo, British Columbia. I was born and raised in this beautiful city and I absolutely love my job. My goal when I started this career in the automotive industry was to put in the time and effort to make every customer of mine happy when they leave the dealership whether they buy a vehicle or not. I will do my absolute best to make your car buying experience here at Harris Kia the best one you will ever have. I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work with such amazing and genuine people and also get the chance to sell Kia product because It has come so far and really is a top Company in our society today. I am a loving Father and play soccer at a high level for Nanaimo United FC. First of all, they are very pushy and don't accept no. But Carmen the salesman will not leave me alone and for a year and a half or more repeatedly calls and texts to me. This morning half asleep (waking me and the baby) a number called me 3 times immediately over and over, and I thought omg it's gotta be my son I hope he's okay, (he is 14). I call it back amd what sounded like a young boy picked up said it was Carmen, (my sons best friend is Carmen so I thought for a second it was him), until he said kia.... for eff sakes this dude is trying to sell me a car like it's a frigging emergency.... are you kidding me? I'm pissed. I'll never go to kia. I love never recommend kia. Unless you want repeated phone calls and harassment over years when you've clearly said no I highly don't recommend kia. I went to Nissan downtown Duncan, best service I ever had. More

A fantastic experience with Danya at Harris Kia. We walked in thinking there was no new product and had low expectations but Danya and the team made sure we were taken care of and drove away with a 202 walked in thinking there was no new product and had low expectations but Danya and the team made sure we were taken care of and drove away with a 2022 Kia Sorento at a price that beat 3 other competitors we saw that same day. 1. Cameron reamed out a sales rep in front of me . Very unprofessional. The reason he reamed him out? Becuase the sales rep related to me that Cameron agreed to a deal and then the next morning Cameron sai unprofessional. The reason he reamed him out? Becuase the sales rep related to me that Cameron agreed to a deal and then the next morning Cameron said something different I believed my sales rep. 2. Car came with only 1 key fob. When I asked for a second one - which most cars have - I was told it would cost me $495. I know these things are expensive. So when I asked if they couldn't do better, I was told that the Manager had said that I'd already received enough of a deal on my putrchase. Again, a very unprofessional response. More
