We were introduced to Cam. The vehicle was everything we were looking for and more. Tyler Campbell the finance manager took time to go over all of our finance options. They made the experience of purchasing a vehicle pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership and the entire sales team to anyone looking for a vehicle. Purchased a 2012 F-150 Crew-cab, Midnight Black, 21,000 km Our sales guy "PK", was very friendly and helpful, as well as his manager Philip looked i Purchased a 2012 F-150 Crew-cab, Midnight Black, 21,000 km Our sales guy "PK", was very friendly and helpful, as well as his manager Philip looked into some of the issues that were found in the vehicle right away. PK matched the right vehicle with the needs i was looking for. My only complaint, is when i want to buy a truck, i don't like driving around the lot for 15 - 20 minutes looking for the various similar year F-150 Crew Cab. IMO, all the similiar year/crew-cab or extended cab should be lined up in a row so the customer can easily compare the inventory and have the sales guys spend less time driving/finding and more time selling. Truck was in beautiful condition, and low mileage but rear shocks were blown out at time of purchase. I question how this would get missed when the vehicle was being certified to be sold on the lot. I would have hoped the vehicle should have been checked top down for any issues prior to sale. It's not like "blown shocks" are easily missed. I start to question, what else could be wrong with the vehicle I've purchased... More
