Not pushy at all, he even tried to talk me into a cheaper truck because it was such a good deal lol. Because I went in for the cheaper truck but then I noticed the loaded F150 when I was there. So I ended up getting that one which was a lot more money. But it was nice because he didn't try to talk me into it or anything, which every other dealership I went to that week were super aggressive. He was super easy to deal with, down to earth. Not your typical sales guy. Ill be buying from him again when it's time. And I have to add the finance department. I've honestly had some of the worst experiences with other dealer's when you go to the finance department, and city ford was great. They didn't try to pull anything with the numbers or make you feel like it's life or death. Overall I had a great experience. I have had my truck for 6 months now, and absolutely love it. I wasn't bribed for this review haha. I've had so many bad experiences else where I needed to post this, hopefully it will save someone else from a bad experience at another dealer. See Bruno or Ryan and you will be happy you did. More

When we finally found the Explorer we wanted it wasn't even at his dealership and he stated that he would do everything in his power to get it for us. And he did!! He even gave us an Explorer to drive until the one we bought came in. He was always helpful answering all our questions and was never pushy. I cant wait to buy another vehicle from him. More
