I was humbled with my previous experiences and let him know what I was interested in. He showed me at least a dozen options in vehicles with the requirements I had in one. Ended up coming down to three trucks. At that point he had already put in more effort than most would with the knowledge I provided. Put through my application on a super convenient program he sent me and less than two hours later I had the approval for the exact truck I was looking for brand new. The excellent service didn’t stop there, he had some additional features added like spray in liner, 3M and made sure the truck was exactly as I wanted. Cannot day enough about his communication and professionalism. My wife is now considering getting into an SUV and with the excellent rebates on now we will be back! Thanks for your hard work Bruno! More

Excellent Sales & Service When my Ford Edge was written off I had the chance to go to City Ford and buy a new model, but opted for a sporty escape. While looking Bruno made sure to accommodate all the specific “extras” I was after and although I fought tooth and nail that I wanted another Edge, I ended up with an Escape..which I quickly grew to love. The whole experience was a breeze, maybe not for Bruno, but for myself. He was extremely accommodating and great to work with. If ever I need anything I can reach out to Bruno and I will get a quick response, he’s always ready & willing to help his customers even after the deal is made. Great guy if you want someone who gives you the family treatment even if it’s your first purchase from him. I purchased the tire warranty which I used multiple times, with the help of Jeff in service. While dealing with the service department; you can expect prompt, reliable and professional service. More
