Lubrication of sunroof took all day I brought my vehicle in at 8am. Didn't get the vehicle signed in and dropped off in a good period of time - staff forgot I was sitting in the truck. I brought my vehicle in at 8am. Didn't get the vehicle signed in and dropped off in a good period of time - staff forgot I was sitting in the truck. I never got a phone call letting me know my truck was done nor what was happening. This also happened when I brought my truck in for an oil change. More

Different but good This was my first experience with a Ford service department, I recently purchased a Ford F150 with the service package. I was not impressed with not b This was my first experience with a Ford service department, I recently purchased a Ford F150 with the service package. I was not impressed with not being able to just drive in and get a service I have had many new vehicles many different makes and they all offer a drive in option for service. I was made to make an appointment for the next week which was very inconvenient, had I have known that not all Ford dealerships offered the drive in service option I might not have purchased, I guess I am stuck now. The experience and service at Northstar however was very good the staff are all very friendly and professional if I have to make appointments I will go there. However I think overall I will make the drive to the other Ford dealerships that have the drive in option. More
