I was definitely over charged at the Enterprise Car Rental, and that is not acceptable considering Enterprise is the go to rental service for Ford. I had better and cheaper options with other service stations. The staff were good. More

Excellent Service Booked the service appointment after hours on the web site and had an immediate response the next morning. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by Booked the service appointment after hours on the web site and had an immediate response the next morning. Arrived for appointment and was greeted by Brittany and the first question was do I need a coffee. Discussed a transmission issue with Brittany and she was very knowledgeable in her questions. Returned to pick up my vehicle and all service was done as well as the transmission issue was solved and repaired as well they had found an issue with the cooling system that was also repaired. Excellent work and very knowledgeable service people and easy to talk with. More

Transmission problems Craig was the advisor I dealt with and I told him all the problems I had been having with my transmission on my 2013 f150 fx4 he advised me to bring i Craig was the advisor I dealt with and I told him all the problems I had been having with my transmission on my 2013 f150 fx4 he advised me to bring it in and ask for him directly. Brittany was the one who first took my info when I arrived as per usual she was a gem and was phenomenal to deal with. Craig got Ryan to go for a test drive with me to see if I could get the truck to display the issues I had been having. Ryan was great, he was extremely knowledgeable and understanding and he was super cool to hangout with. I washed my truck a after I brought him back to the shop because in my opinion that's my job not the techs. I brought my truck back that same day and left it with them for Ryan to take care of. He managed to figure out what parts would have been causing the issue and when I picked it up the next day both him and craig were super helpful and gave me great advise as to what to do moving forward. This was by far the best experience I've had with Northstar crowfoot since I've bought my truck. I'm happy to see that customer service is improving and everyone I dealt with that day deserves a huge pat on the back or some sort of reward. More
