Warranty Work and extras Jessica helped me today... I had concerns about my clutch... which is a warranty item... She listened to my concerns and we addressed them together... Jessica helped me today... I had concerns about my clutch... which is a warranty item... She listened to my concerns and we addressed them together... I asked about getting a new remote for my starter... she walked me over to the parts... got it and set me up for the install... she called and kept me posted on my cars progress... etc... great asset... More

Had an issue related to some repairs done last year, service adviser checked and ensured that any work related was done on warranty. Really no complaints in regards to the people or service. Overall, the price for everything was a bit steep; the oil change, brake line flush and radiator flush were about 15 - 20 % more than getting it done elsewhere. More

Scared and Nervous 2012 F150 86,000Kms. The check engine light has been back on for 4 trips to Northstar service. This time it required a timing chain, valve guides, man 2012 F150 86,000Kms. The check engine light has been back on for 4 trips to Northstar service. This time it required a timing chain, valve guides, manifold gasket and several other components. Then the transmission had a leak and had to be pulled…. 4 working days later I get my truck back. Thank God I bought the extended warranty. Now I'm wondering if I got a "Friday" truck and will have continual problems until I dump it on some other poor soul. FORD… Fix Or Repair Daily. Northstar was great and fixed everything no charge but what if I didn't have the Extyended Warranty??? More

Standard Oil Change Brittany took great care of us once we arrived. Getting through to Service on the phone however, was a challenge. When i called to set up the appointm Brittany took great care of us once we arrived. Getting through to Service on the phone however, was a challenge. When i called to set up the appointment, the phone rang 8 or 9 times, and then went to voice mail. When i had to reschedule, the same thing happened. i waited over 24 hours and didn't get a response, so called Rob, the service manager, and left an additional voice mail. after a couple of hours, he did return my call, listened to my concerns, and got me set up. More
