In December, I had my 2006 Ford 500 in for winter tire installation/alignment and an oil change/inspection. I interacted with Brittany and the Service Manager (don't remember his name). I was treated courteously and respectfully. I appreciated the helpful well organized break down of the recommended future service needs of my vehicle. I am now driving my vehicle after the late January 2017 service appointment the scope of work which involved primarily fixing the front control arms as well as some brake work. I was pleasantly surprised that Northstar picked up the costs of some items. Friendly Service With Promises Kept I found that the followup from the service staff was good in that they reminded me that I had a vehicle needing service due to a recall. It took longer than it should have to get the vehicle in considering that it was a potential brakes problem... but at least they ordered the parts and did indeed contact me when they arrived urging me to get that repair taken care of. The staff was smiley. How can you not like that? They were friendly, efficient and called me before doing any service that I hadn't asked for. The shuttle driver "Jim" gets an important nod as well. He is an especially nice guy and was also on time and efficient. More
