This is my 4th vehicle purchased from Western GMC , each time was an excellent experience and this time excelled the others I believe thanks to Don's first interaction with myself in the New vehicle parkin time was an excellent experience and this time excelled the others I believe thanks to Don's first interaction with myself in the New vehicle parking lot. I have always found it an annoyance to have to search for sales staff. After a few minutes of looking at another disappointingly sparse lot Don Cammidge approached me outside on a cool early morning. Don allowed the freedom for me to look the inventory over, answer pricing questions, listened to my vehicle needs and suffered through my "humor" . A vehicle was located from Western's own inventory and with the help of Mike Brar in the Finance Department I am once again a very pleased owner of a GMC Truck. Thanks Don and Mike for what I feel was 5 Star service !!. More

Ordered truck with GMC built and price and submitted to Seven different dealer ships . Western GMC was the first to reply on the second day that I submitted it. But they keep trying to get what was availab Seven different dealer ships . Western GMC was the first to reply on the second day that I submitted it. But they keep trying to get what was available in the area . I didn’t not know that the dealership did not get the build sheet from GM CANADA, until I talk to the sales person that I made the deal with. When a dealership gets a built sheet they should let the customers know that instead of trying to sell something on the lot would save a lot of the back and forth ! There’s reason why people do a build sheet mostly because there’s nothing available for what they would like. Like a black truck or white truck not a very good selection and of course black interior. Look around the world has a lot more colours then black and white. More
