What a fantastic experience I recently got discharged from Bankruptcy and had been hanging on to an old Pontiac Grand Am that was slowly falling apart and I was getting scared to I recently got discharged from Bankruptcy and had been hanging on to an old Pontiac Grand Am that was slowly falling apart and I was getting scared to drive it. I knew my credit rating sucked thanks to the Bankruptcy but new I had to do something about my vehicle or I'd be busing it to work. I went in to Southbank to look at a few used vehicle that were hopefully in my price range depending on financing options. Well I met with the sales manager and a sales rep and explained my situation. Right of the bat they were very sympathetic to my situation and we talked about a couple of options. They then introduced me to Paul Curry one of the finance specialists and talked about a couple of different scenarios that might play out. Just being out of bankruptcy non of which looked too appealing. Paul told me to leave it with him and he would see what he could do. The following day I went back to the dealership and sat down with Paul, he showed me the financing options that he got approve for the used Dodge I had been looking at, and then he took me outside and showed me a brand new Chrysler 200 LX and said what about this. I laughed and said there's no way, the Dart was barely in my price range so there's no way I could afford that. He then took me back inside and showed me the financing options on the new Chrysler.and it actually worked out to be slightly less than I would be paying for the used Dart. I was blown away. Unless I'd seen it on paper I wouldn't have believed it. I'm now the proud owner of a brand new Chrysler 200 LX and love it. I can't say enough about the team at Southbank and what they did for me. There was no pressure, just very friendly helpful people who kept my needs in mind and were able to keep me within my budget. I would recommend Southbank to anyone based on the service I received from them, and if you're in a financial jam like I was I would say that if anyone can do anything it's the team at Southbank. More

Best experience ever!! After visiting many dealerships over the past several months, this was a no brainer to buy our vehicle at this dealership. Our sales representative was excellent and had lots of patience with us. As opposed to all other dealership we have visited where the sales person was putting pressure on us to sign a deal or were not knowledgeable on the vehicle's features, we felt that Brandon knew his vehicles inside out. After several visits and test driving vehicles, we still had the opportunity to think and reflect prior to making our purchase. That is very rare in a dealership. Usually they try to pressure you on signing the deal before they let you go. This was an awesome experience and I would refer Brandon to anyone who is looking at purchasing a new vehicle. More

We had a couple negotiations throughout the day and I felt he was honest and wasn't trying to dupe me. He let us try our car seat in the truck without a problem. I had a good experience purchasing a vehicle from from Mr.Dallaire. After that I dealt with Al Alqasem in Finance and he was very thorough with the payment and warranty and other information i needed to know. Once we had finished speaking I feel I understand everything perfectly. Good experience! The Bad: We had a misunderstanding on price at first and another salesman stepped in to "fix the problem" this gentlemen actually gave me a more expensive offer on the same vehicle and then tried switch it with another one that was significantly cheaper but that was not reflected in the price. Very sneaky! I have never seen so many different numbers. I ended up walking away. I called later that day to get the actual price because I was so confused after our negotiation. This salesman said he would call me back in 10 minutes. over an hour later Mr. Dallaire returned my call and we were able to come to an agreeable price on both sides. Had I not had that experience I would probably rate this dealership as a good one across the board. More

Made Life Easy!! I was recently in a car accident and needed to replace my vehicle which was a write off. Brandon had sold us the previous vehicle so I called him up and he took care of us right away. He found us a vehicle that suited our needs to a tee. He set us up with Clayton who took care of all the paper work as we were dealing with insurance companies etc. He made the transition into the new vehicle as seamless as possible. I cant thank them enough for taking care of us and in such a timely manner. From the day of the accident and having to deal with all the insurance issues we had out new vehicle in 12 days!!! Thank You!!! More
