I bought my last car from Budd's so, when I had my accident and that car was written off, the first place I went was over to Budd's. I had two models in mind before I left a Sonic or a Cruze. Henry was there to help me giving sound advice, real numbers I could work with and best of all he went out of his way to obtain the colour I prefered ( which for me was major brownie points!! ) He didn't turn me away when I let him know I still had to pay off the wreck and was waiting on insurance. He treated me fairly, honestly and gave as many perks as he could squeeze out. I would for sure recommend Henry's services to anyone I know who is thinking about getting a car!!! More

I came to the dealership for a minor service job on my Saturn. I explained to Basil that I was in need of a new car but probably not for a year or two. After taking a car home for the day to test it out I realized that it wasn't for me. I wasn't pressured to change my mind which made me comfortable to try the Cruze. I loved it so much I bought one! EVERYONE, from the service staff, to Basil and Bounsay who put together and finalized my deal, to Craig who approved the deal and the staff who work the desks were so kind and happy that it made the experience of buying a new car a great one. The experience I had at Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC was fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I purchase my vehicle and left the parking lot, the customer service I had rece GMC was fantastic. For being a first time car buyer, they had alot of time to explain ever single detail about the car to me and made sure that I was getting the perfect car for what I needed. Like I said before from the moment I entered the building I was greeted with a smile and not pushed into purchasing the car. Ernest was fantastic in letting me get a feel for the car and also before purchasing let me drive around the area to try other cars without any hesitation. I was so happy with the service I received and with the car that I went back to purchase it 2 hours later. Ernest knew that I needed the car asap and made that happen, as I had looked at it on Monday and picked it up today(Wednesday). The paperwork was all prepared at the time of purchase and I even received flowers which are beautiful! Overall, although not knowing much different, I feel like any customer would have been completely satisfied with the service that I had received over these last past couple days!! Anytime I would email Farid with a question or some additional information I heard back from him immediately. My visits to the dealership were always a pleasure, and felt social and not just for business. Everyone that I came in contact with at Budd's were very friendly. I also had the pleasure to work with Bounsay Osylahet again during my purchase. Bounsay sold me my first car and I have always been impressed with how he keeps in touch. I was impressed and happy to see that Bounsay remembered me from five years earlier, and the details of my first purchase.
