Excellent Service from start to finish! I recently took my old BMW into the Budd's to have it serviced. Jennifer from Budd's BMW did an excellent job getting my car fixed and providing an o I recently took my old BMW into the Budd's to have it serviced. Jennifer from Budd's BMW did an excellent job getting my car fixed and providing an overview of the status of my car. I did advise her that we would be looking to get into a new vehicle soon and she asked a few more questions about our next car purchase. I then received an email from Michelle from Budd's Chevrolet and was put into contact with Bill who immediately started a search for our requested vehicle. We were able to get in for a test drive of a GMC Acadia and he found the exact vehicle we wanted. within a week we were in our new 2015 GMC Acadia! We were provided with a full vehicle instruction session by Bob as Bill was off the day we picked up of the vehicle and then Bounsay completed the deal assuring that all of our paper work was explained and completed quickly and accurately. Bounsay went over and above with our purchasing needs and I was extremely grateful as he saved me much time. the service we received from beginning to end was over the top ... right from servicing our BMW to finalizing the deal of our new GMC! Wow ! After visiting a few other dealerships and finding Budds' on the internet I visited their location. The facility is impressive, the inventory is large and everything appears neat and orderly. My expectations are to be treated with respect , honesty and fairness when making a major purchase. I do not want to enter into a buying experience where I feel someone is trying to take advantage of me . Bill Coombe not only met my expectations but exceeded them on every count. Bill ensured every detail was taken care of , made sure I was personally introduced to some of the key personnel at Budds' and showed me around the building so I knew the service procedures etc. Bill breaks the mould of a "car salesman" . He is friendly, honest and leaves you feeling like he really cares about you and values your business. NOTHING BUT AMAZING!!!!!!! I came all the way from Etobicoke for Budd's Chevrolet due to the great reputation it has, and that was the best decision I've made. It only took a co I came all the way from Etobicoke for Budd's Chevrolet due to the great reputation it has, and that was the best decision I've made. It only took a couple minutes for my family and I to fall in love with the dealership, we got greeted by everyone who walked by us and were offered coffee and tea numerous of times. It was a warm welcoming place that felt like HOME, unlike other dealerships that greet you with fake "hello's" and "smiles". The receptionist at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Bill Coombe helped me find the car I needed, he was a very good listener, patient and most of all very professional. It felt more like a friend was helping me find the car I needed rather than just a Sales Person. As a young buyer I didn't think I would be able to finance a brand new 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT but with Bill's and Bounsay's knowledgeable hard work, it was all possible. I have never experienced such good customer service in my life. I could sit here and go on about how great my experience here was. It was nothing but amazing, just excellent.
