Bill took the time to show us two cars we had seen on kijji and then show us an SUV as well , he felt the G5 was the best match for us ...we decide on the G5 which seems like the last owner took good care of the car. Bill listen and was very helpful with all our questions. It was great having Bill to help us and look forward to the future to buying more cars at Budds dealership. A job well done, Thank you Bill!! My wife and I stopped in to look at a 2011 Ford Flex we saw online. We had been looking for a flex for about 3 months and we thought we found the one My wife and I stopped in to look at a 2011 Ford Flex we saw online. We had been looking for a flex for about 3 months and we thought we found the one based on the pictures and our budget. We were amazed to see that the car looked even better in person and after a short test drive and a bit of negotiating we signed the papers for our new car. We were happy with the final deal but one area of concern for me personally was that the tires appeared to have very little tread left, but one of the technicians came out and checked the tread depth and said the tires were good enough to pass a safety so they would be unable to change them for us unless we wanted to purchase a new set from them. We declined this offer but were still happy with the deal even though I knew we would need tires before next winter...there were a couple of other minor things that needed addressing as well and we were assured that all would be taken care of before we came back to pick up the car. 4 days later we arrived and the first thing Bill said to me was that he had bad news...the tires wouldn't pass safety....so we put 4 brand new Firestone all season tires on the car...as well as new rotors and brakes all the way around!!! I was in disbelief at what I had just heard. Here we were buying a used Ford from a Chevy lot and they made us feel like we were buying a brand new Corvette!! My wife and I were absolutely blown away by the level of customer service and I would recommend Budds Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used car...Thanks so much for all that you did for us!! More

Used Chevy volt bought over the internet I purchased my 2013 Chevy volt without ever seeing it. I live in BC and had to trust that Bill was representing the car honestly. When I arrived to pick up the car I was not disappointed. Bill had been very honest about the condition of the car. My wife and I then drove it back to BC. There was a slight problem with the car and Bill has assured me that he will work with me to resolve the issue.
