I love the car business, and am very much a 'people' person. For me, the key to success in the car business has been hiring people who share my work ethic and ‘people first’ philosophy, and providing great value and service for our customers. When you look after customers and treat them fairly, they become long-time customers, and recommend you to their friends and family. When I’m not working, I enjoy travelling and spending time with my wife, Lorri, and our young children. I also enjoy entertaining friends at home and the occasional game of golf.

For the past month me and my wife looked around to purchase a new vehicle. Over these search we dealt with Kia, Honda, Ford & Mazda. It can be a stressful time when you're trying to find a vehicle th purchase a new vehicle. Over these search we dealt with Kia, Honda, Ford & Mazda. It can be a stressful time when you're trying to find a vehicle that finds your needs as a consumer. For us, we looked for a fuel efficient vehicle that was within our budget and with valuable waranty. Our focus was to not only look for a vehicle and appreciate the quality of it, but enable a relationship between the sales person & ourselves. In our situation, we dealt with salesman Daniel Gaetano and Leo Huang for financial as with Mr. Benjamin Leung during the negotiation process. From all the salesmen (and women) we spoke with during our market search Daniel showed much value into finding us exactly what we wanted. He was professional and extremely knowledgable with the Hyundai products that we looked at. Our overall choice was the Hyundai Tucson 2014 AWD (Demo). We explained our budget to Daniel and Leo as too Mr. Benjamin and we worked together to find something that worked for us personally within our needs and budget. Overall everybody worked diligently and it paid off as we now drive a new vehicle care of both Daniel and Leo with the valuable input of Mr. Benjamin. In the end the experience was very pleasant and for sure all our recomendations will go to Toronto Hyundai not only for the knowledge and quality of the product but also surely for all the kindness, availability, patience and politeness of all the persons involved in this negotiation. I have been driving a truck for the last few years but for the last year or so haven't been using it as a truck. So in an effort to save money on fuel I went looking for a new car. I decided to buy new for the last year or so haven't been using it as a truck. So in an effort to save money on fuel I went looking for a new car. I decided to buy new (for the warranty that comes along with it) since I no longer want to have to worry about working on my own vehicle but since this was a cost driven purchase I was looking at the lower priced vehicles. I told every manufacturer the same thing… I want a hatchback (for the storage) and it has to be standard. I wasn't picky about anything else. I was willing to drive with no features at all if it got me into a car for not much money. I had narrowed it down to an Accent and a competitor's car. But this is when Toronto Hyundai earned the sale… they found me a car that matched all my criteria. They had actually listened haha. They called me up and said they'd found a Veloster, 2012, used. I'd like to point out that this wasn't a pushy sales call. One of my favourite things about these guys is that they weren't pushy at all. I was dreading this experience 'cause that's what I was expecting. These guys were great! So they called and told me about the Veloster and I said no, I don't want the fuel consumption of a sports car and I want something new. He said, I know...It's based off the accents engine so the fuel economy is great and since Hyundai does a 5 year warranty where the competitor only does 3 this car had more warranty left then if I bought something new somewhere else. And of course it's manual and a hatchback. So I went in twice to test drive it, and on the second visit told them i'd take it. I just went up to blue mountain for the weekend… it fit all our gear and the mileage was between 5.9 and 6.1 L/100km the entire time… and that's with the snow tires still on! So that's why i'm so pleased… they knew better then I did what I wanted 'cause they listened to me. My Veloster has more features then anything i've ever driven. I'm not worried at all about the 20,000km it already has, that's nothing at all. It's nicer then the competitor vehicle I was looking at, has more warranty and cost thousands less. Joseph and Brandon were amazing throughout the entire process and Lawrence and Benjamin got involved a bit too and were great. I really couldn't be more pleased with the process and how it turned out. I'm loving this car! More

This was my very first experiance purchasing a new vehicle. I had visited a handful of dealerships within the week I purchased my vehicle and was begining to feel worn out with all of the horrible s vehicle. AND THEN I WALKED INTO TORONTO HYUNDAI. I felt welcomed immediately from the entire staff and I really appreciated the fact that the dealer prinicipal, Benny Leung was so in tune with his customers. I felt very comfortable, as if I was among friends at this dealership. The Salesman who I had the opportunity to deal was Chase Anthony. He went above and beyond what I would expect anyone to have done. He was super nice and very patient with myself. I was shopping with my mom, dad and uncle at the time, I feel like we definitly put him to the test...he did amazing!! He was able to answer any question without delay. I never once felt pressured or as if I was playing a game with him as I had felt at previous dealerships. They even went farther beyond my expectations by saving me a good chunk of money with always very important to the customer. You can tell they really prize themselves on building great relationships based on trust and quality rather then to see who can sell the most cars. THANKS FOR MAKING MY FIRST PURCHASE SO GREAT!!! I recently bought a Hyundai sonata from this dealership.
