He handled my trade in very well and even came all the way to my house to pick up the winter tires I forgot to include in my trade in. That's service! Since we purchased our Q7 Ben has followed up several times to see if we have any questions and that's very appreciated. Other dealers wouldn't go that extra mile for a customer especially after they drive off the lots. I highly recommend Ben the next time you purchase an Audi anywhere in the GTA. Thanks Ben! The staff are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Ben was very helpful in assisting me with my vehicle upgrade. He worked very hard for me to get me the best deal possible and was always available and prompt at answering any questions that I had. The delivery experience was smooth, professional and overall a great experience.
