Patient, and Am from Burlington, but came to Toyotatown in London to view a car. From the minute of meeting Baz Afara, he was an excellent salesman. Patient, and knew all the answers to my questions. I ended up purchasing a red Prius Prime and Baz was very knowledgeable. Because they were only released last month, they are not easily available. Baz delivered the new car in two weeks, and kept me informed (and included pictures) every step of the way! Janine handled all our paperwork in an excellent manner. I am going to look great on the highway and passing all the gas stations! Thanks Baz and London Toyotatown for the seamless purchase, we will be back for our next car and recommending you to all our friends from the GTA! More

This is my story with my new Toyota RAV4. My salesperson was Mr. Baz Afara. Friendly, informative, passionate, knowledgeable, and very much helpful. He showed us all the options. Advice me of what’s best for my interests, and answered all my many many questions just because it was my first time leasing a brand new Toyota. He delivered all promises on time, had all the paperwork organized and ready . Now came the best time of this experience, it’s when he handed me my new keys for my beautiful RAV4. He took his time and got in the car with us and showed my husband and I how to operate all the brand new features. I drove off with confidence and enjoyment. I hope you can share my story. Thank you Baz Afara Thank you Toyota Town Elham Ansari More
