My hope was I could satisfy her dream once and for all. Buick has always been a car i admired but never could afford. I dropped into your showroom to have a look at Buick and the prices. As I entered I ran into Basil who with his captivating personality put me in a receptive mood. I explained my position - he showed me an executive driven used car that fit the bill but the colour was white not red (he was unaware of the significace of the colour). His obvious knowledge of what he was selling, his no high pressure attitude and his ability to recognize what I was looking for sold me on trying to go with Buick. I left as I ran out of time. The next morning Basil called to advise a 2013 Verano just came in and RED!!! My wife and I went down to see what if anything we could do. Again Basil's captivating salesmanship left my wife in a very receptive frame of mind. The freindly manner with which he presented the car and all its features left us with the desire to make the purchase. We left to evaluate our finacial position then returned to make the puchace for our 62nd wedding anniversery Our only hope is this lovely looking and riding beautiful car will result in the same excellent quality and reliabilty our Toyota Camry with 310000 kl on it gave us - we were reluctant to change but you can thank Basil as a great salesman for the sale.
