We made arrangements to meet at the dealership to go over the cars. Basil was confident in his product and knowledgeable in the process. Both my wife, Gail, and I were very impressed with not only Basil,who is an excellent yet not pushy salesman, but with all the people we met during our buying experience. As with all used products, we have found a couple of minor glitches we missed during the buying process and Shane McGinnis, the service manager, is working with us to correct them - as Shane says " to our complete satisfaction" . Basil has also contacted us to be sure we are satisfied with our experience. Being from a small town, I was hesitant to deal with a "big city" company feeling there wouldn't be the personal touch, but I found Budds and their personnel are very interested in creating a good experience for their customers. More
