Although I wanted a vehicle that was roomy enough to shuttle the boys to and fro, I felt it was time, to shake off the "soccer mom" vibe and crank it up a notch. My husband found our ... I mean my, X5 online at a dealership across town- and I mean A C R O S S TOWN. We live in Ajax, the dealership was in Woodbridge ---- we both fell in love with the clean slick look of the vehicle and ventured out to Woodbridge to check it out... It was well worth the drive. We'd been car shopping for a couple weekends with the kids and decided to leave them with the sitter for this excursion. The dealership was spotless and the staff... on point. As we were scanning the cars in the showroom.... All top notch and clean...Avi Zur greeted us and gave us some details about the vehicle we were interested in. His approach was professional, considerate ( I wanted to a vehicle that would fit our busy lifestyle with the boys) and very easy going. Avi has gone beyond the call of duty in working with us to not only get the car of our dreams but was available after the sale to provide continued service and help....months after we left the dealership with our vehicle. When some unforeseen mechanical issue arose with our vehicle 2 1/2months later-- Avi was available at a moment's notice by phone or text to answer my concerns and ensure that my vehicle was up and running as good as new. Customers service is A1! We would recommend Toronto Auto Brokers and Avi Zur without reservations. My husband drives an older model 530i and has dealt over the years with many used car dealers- he was impressed with the professionalism that Avi exhibited and vows that his "next car will be from TAB"!!! More

Honest People, Family Business, Great Experience These guys are the best. The whole business is a family-owned business and they understand that reputation is key. These guys are honest about the cars they sell, there are no hidden fees/tricks etc. They made sure that I got into the car I wanted to get into. I bought the car the next day and when I got it inspected, the car was immaculate (no rust, leaks, accidents etc...) When I realized I had left the brokerage without floor mats, Avi was more than happy to make sure I had a pair. I returned the next day and he got the mats out for me in no time at all. I would highly recommend this broker as they are very honest people and they care about making the customer happy. Just look at their ratings! More

First Used Car Experience a Success When I recently found out I would have to replace my current vehicle I debated between new and used but because of the sudden need for a different veh When I recently found out I would have to replace my current vehicle I debated between new and used but because of the sudden need for a different vehicle and financial concerns decided to try going used. I must admit, having never gone with a used vehicle before, I was apprehensive. I started to look on kijiji for possible vehicles and started to call around. Upon attempting to visit another dealership one day and finding out the vehicle had just been sold when I got there I called TAB to see if I could come and look at a very similar vehicle they had advertised. I was immediately impressed with their indoor facilities and very clean vehicles compared to where I had just come from along with the friendly and no pressure welcome I received. I took the vehicle for a drive and returned the next day and put a deposit on it. The team who helped me (Avi, Rudik N. and Gideon) were very patient and helpful in the purchase process and answered my many questions. They did what they could to try and reassure me as I'm sure I was showing hesitation/fear in getting a used vehicle. After receiving the vehicle I discovered a problem with the stereo and called the next day to see what could be done. I was told right away not to worry and to bring it in for them to look at. The next day I went in and in not too long a time the mechanic helping me (sorry, not sure of his name) knew what the problem was. He was able to order the new amp and get it delivered while I waited. I appreciated him taking the time and effort to work on my vehicle on the spot as it wasn't an easy or quick job. I was also appreciative that I didn't have to come again another day not living close to TAB. While I sat and waited for the work to be done I had a nice chat with the company office manager/secretary (not sure of her title) and felt the friendly atmosphere by her and other employees that walked by. Overall, my experience buying a used vehicle was far better than I had anticipated and my fear was alleviated by the helpful and reliable service I received. I do recommend if anyone out there is feeling apprehensive of used car dealerships you give TAB a try. I was impressed and hopefully you will be too! J. H. More
