In each case, he was polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and his customer service was top notch. With the most recent car, Avi arranged to have it delivered to an Independent garage of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection. In the words of the mechanic,"the car passed with flying colours!" There was a problem with the front passenger seat, that became evident about a week after I purchased the car. Even though the car had no warranty, Avi had me bring the car in, and his mechanic fixed the seat free of charge. That kind of gesture goes a long way, and just shows how important a happy customer is to TAB. Their customer service is truly the Best of the Best! I highly recommend you check out TAB when looking for a pre-owned luxury automobile. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. Thanks !!! More

I had a little problem with the Steering wheel cooler a week after picking up the car, and I called Avi and he told me to take it to his mechanic. I took it there and they fixed everything and now my car runs like it is straight out of the Infiniti dealership. I am very glad that I did not go with any other dealership. I will recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone that I know is going to be purchasing a new vehicle. More

I stopped by a few other dealerships in Toronto before finding this one and found them to be a bit of a joke. In comparison I walked into Toronto Auto Brokers off the street with no appointment having only see the car online. They welcomed me in and tossed me the keys with little fuss. After I returned from a test drive and was non committal about buying the car there was no pressure from the sales staff. I slept on it and called them the next day to purchase the car. Douglas More
