As soon as I walked in the doors I was greeted by staff and offered a beverage. The overall experience was amazing; earlier that day I was at the lexus dealership close by and the customer service was horrible there. At Toronto auto brokers everyone is a lot more genuine. I have had my car for a week now and I'm in love. Best purchase I've ever made. Very very happy with this sales rep Avi, and the overall experience at the dealership! Rudik was also a big help he was there when I picked up my car. Great atmosphere overall. More

We like it, however when we got back we saw another BMW (white sports pkg) that we immediately fell in love with. Avi was very courteous and advise us to take our time and decide between the 2 vehicle. He provide us with all the relevant information we need to make an informed decision. We chose the white BMW. Avi did his best to ensure we got the right financing that suit our need. There was no pressure to purchase. At all time Avi was available to answer all my questions. We did not test drive this vehicle prior to purchase, on the day of delivery Avi pointed out some imperfection which we did not notice that he had fix for us we were awestruck as we were not expecting this much after all it's a used suv. We would most certainly recommend Avi and his team to anyone in the market for a high end used car. This dealership is by far the most trustworthy dealership I' ve dealt with.
