Great service! I work in the area but usually have my car serviced in my town near my home, however yesterday I could not make any of the available appointments with I work in the area but usually have my car serviced in my town near my home, however yesterday I could not make any of the available appointments without having to leave work early and could not do that. I was able to call Ontario and booked an appointment for the afternoon. I originally needed an oil change, but wanted them to look at a light that had come on earlier in the week. They were able to tell me what was going on...which was actually the start of a much bigger and more expensive problem. They took my car in, and I was able to pick it up this morning without issue. I will be back there as I'm so impressed with their flexibility and service. More

The service advisors are always courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Not only are the service staff excellent (shout-out to Grant and Anthony!), but the office staff and the shop guys are always polite and helpful, too. So I wanted to share my most recent experience with this dealership. A couple of weeks ago I dropped by to have my tires filled, and while there I decided to get a quote on some new winter tires. The advisor I spoke to gave me a quote and I told him I'd get back to him in a week or two. Yesterday, I decided to drop in and order the tires. I discovered that the advisor I had spoken with was no longer employed there, but that wasn't a problem because Anthony Italiano was there, and he actually remembered that I had been there two weeks ago. I think that's pretty impressive, given the number of people who come and go through that place every day! So Anthony jumped right in and took care of me, and actually gave me a better quote than the first advisor did for my tires. He was just so pleasant and helpful and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you Anthony! More
