I was stuck in a bind with my warranty. My motor needed to be replaced in my 2017 chev cruz that I purchased at another dealership and Paul Sadlon jr and the rest of the staff helped me understand what was to be replaced in my 2017 chev cruz that I purchased at another dealership and Paul Sadlon jr and the rest of the staff helped me understand what was going on and was able to help me out immensely and fixed my cruz that now runs perfectly! Terrible Customer Service Absolutely TERRIBLE customer Service! I attended the dealership today and no one was around to assist me, despite even going into the dealership. Not Absolutely TERRIBLE customer Service! I attended the dealership today and no one was around to assist me, despite even going into the dealership. Not one person greeted me except for the receptionist. Earlier I had made an online inquiry then about 6 hours later I was contacted by a female representative. I “lost connection” somehow and called back 30 seconds later and “everyone had gone home for the day”. She never bothered to call back. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to ANYONE and will be taking my business to Georgian Chevrolet. Gina More
