I am from out of town and think the service group just simply doesn't get it if your from out of town they shouldn't tell you to bring your car in at 8am and make you sit in the waiting room for 4hrs before taking your car in for service. I think Capitol has a very poor service department, the sales staff are the only reason I still go back. More

Once we decided that we wanted the truck we had a tight deadline and Ankesh came in at 8:00 in the morning even though he didn't work until noon. My wife joked that when we got out last new car she got to drive it out of the showroom. When went to pick up the truck it was parked in the showroom so she could drive it out. More
