Everything went exactly as I expected it to - it always does. It was time for "routine" maintenance - my service advisor, Andres greeted me timely; and he already knew what was needed. They were extra busy that morning, but it wasn't too long and I was on my way. I am so happy with my service in Universal Hyundai.
