Great Experience We were not completely convinced about renewing our lease when we went to see the new models. Even after looking at the new model we were still in dou We were not completely convinced about renewing our lease when we went to see the new models. Even after looking at the new model we were still in doubt. It was the salesperson that really did the difference. Good explanation of the car features with a super nice treatment convinced us to renew. We know things about the unit that we turned in that we never knew the car had. Can’t complain about service though! Rhoda was always great at the service end. With the new car I don’t know if I will see Rhoda unless she is the one picking up the unit for maintenance services. Thanks Darrin Diaz, you are great. More

Amazing Service Adam made the process very easy right from the start. He cared about my family's needs and was patient with us as we looked at all the options. He wen Adam made the process very easy right from the start. He cared about my family's needs and was patient with us as we looked at all the options. He went the extra step to help deliver our car to us and get everything set up. I would recommend Universal Hyundai! We got exactly what we wanted at the price we asked for. They also followed up with us a few days later and answered any additional questions we had. More
