Omar Quintana is a real asset to your company He is very customer oriented. He is the reason I leased my Sonata at Universal. I live 60 miles away. Not satisfied with Finance Dept. Jose tried to snea very customer oriented. He is the reason I leased my Sonata at Universal. I live 60 miles away. Not satisfied with Finance Dept. Jose tried to sneak a end of term lease maintenance agreement by me and refused to deduct it. I just drove 60 miles to pick up my new vehicle, informed my insurance company of the transfer. I should have been informed of this requirement at time of purchase not at delivery. More

The manger Carlos J (I believe he had an initial after ‘Carlos’.man, I can’t express enough how he made me feel, very bad and as if I was wrong with going in with concerns. I was very embarrassed. He kept Looking around and showing on his face how annoyed he was with me and people near by could tell and kept looking at me. I walked out of there and didn’t know where to look. This wasn’t a small purchase. Even if it was,, Know one should feel that way and he shouldn’t do that to anybody else no matter what the concern. If he was a nice and good salesman, he would have at least offer me and present to me other options and I possibly have walked out of there with even a bigger purchase, who knows. But didn’t even try. but it was a very sad experience, dealing with him. More
