Went to Turpin KIA in Carleton Place and immediately felt more comfortable. The team seemed so genuine and were upfront and transparent the whole time. No pressure sales. No typical, slimy salesmen. Mike, Andre, and Vicki were all down to earth and took the time to go over everything. 100% would recommend. More

I visited several dealerships in Ottawa before making my way to Carleton Place and now I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase another Kia. I had an excellent experience at Turpin KIA. They are light years ahead of all other KIA dealers in the Ottawa area, and by far the best new or used car dealer I have ever dealt with in 37 years They are light years ahead of all other KIA dealers in the Ottawa area, and by far the best new or used car dealer I have ever dealt with in 37 years of car buying. Mike Peters was extremely good to deal with, as he is a totally honest, direct, clear, knowledgeable (experienced) and personable car salesman. I honestly haven't ever dealt with anyone better. He was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Also a pleasure to work with was the sales and finance manager, Andre Smith. He was also extremely easy to deal with, very clear and very honest, helpful and straightforward, just like Mike. Together, Mike and Andre were able to quickly locate and deliver the exact vehicle we were looking for in 4 weeks. Absolutely amazing work on their part! In the spring I had been told by KIA Donnelly in Kanata and Hunt Club KIA in Nepean/ Ottawa that it might be possible to order and receive a KIA in 9 or possibly 12 months or more, but with no guarantees. They would only provide a appraisal when or if the vehicle was delivered! This was, to me, totally unacceptable and I had walked away in both cases. How is it possible that these other KIA dealers don't really "have a clue" of how to properly operate a KIA dealership in 2023, but Turpin KIA can and does so on a regular, daily basis? Its beyond me, but I think KIA Turpin should possibly share their knowledge and expertise to other KIA dealers elsewhere in the Ottawa area, or beyond. Potential new car buyers would be much, much better served. More

This was without a doubt the best car dealership experience that I have ever had. From the moment I walked in the experience was friendly, personable, professional, and always very respectful. Andrea Cunningham listened to what I was looking for and needed, was always easy to work with. Never, ever was there any pressure to buy, nor were there any of the typical dealership games played. Working with Andre on the numbers portion of the sale was equally straightforward, respectful, and personable. It was very obvious from the moment that I arrived to the time that I left after purchasing a beautiful EV6 that the vibe and culture of Turpin Kia is very healthy and happy, with people who genuinely enjoy working there to help you get what you need.
