I was impressed from the initial interaction with my salesman and it was nothing but a poor experience afterwards. I was told by my salesman specials weren’t being offered and when I questioned it I was salesman and it was nothing but a poor experience afterwards. I was told by my salesman specials weren’t being offered and when I questioned it I was than offered the special pricing. The Sales Manager had to adjust the price and the whole time gave me nothing but attitude because I questioned why I wasn’t offered this originally. Than I was told before I purchased the car the small scratch on my brand new 2024 Lexus would be fixed and repaired. Well it’s been 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard from anyone to schedule this repair. Buyers beware and look elsewhere for your Lexus. More
