I have not yet purchased from this dealership, but I have had my current Volvo serviced and their service department is courteous and efficiently run. If you’re dropping off before work and have an appointme had my current Volvo serviced and their service department is courteous and efficiently run. If you’re dropping off before work and have an appointment, they will be ready and have you on your way in no time. Ally is the BEST service advisor; ask for her. I had a 10k mile service done as well as a battery issue looked at under warranty, which turned out to be related to my needing to perform a software update and both times the team got finished quickly. The waiting area is also very cozy and comfortable. Make sure to keep your software updated! More

My visit to Crest Volvo for service on my Volvo xc90 was exceptional! I was greeted by a very nice gentleman after pulling into the service garage who then introduced me to my Service Representative Ally. exceptional! I was greeted by a very nice gentleman after pulling into the service garage who then introduced me to my Service Representative Ally. She was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She guided me through the entire process with ease and was upfront about the cost which was very reasonable. While I waited, I enjoyed a relaxed environment with coffee and snacks, and even got some work done on my computer. When my car was ready, it was spotless, running smoothly, and looked fantastic. The level of service at Crest Volvo and Ally is truly unmatched. Highly recommend!! More
