Alex Keong did a highly professional job in helping us in making the final financing choice and finalizing optional package choosing. Mark Peters did an excellent job in introducing the key features of the vehicle and coaching us on how to operate it. We are satisfied with our pleasant purchasing experience at Charlesglen and we do love the Highlander! More

My husband and I however, decided to give it one more try. We came to Charlesglen just to look around but when Mike came to us and showed us the new RAV4 we were hooked. He was nice and really gave us time to appreciate the car. We had the longest test drive we ever had and it was great! My husband was not keen with my color choice and he knew that. He showed us the black rav4 and immediately my husband said YES. I appreciated that Mike accommodated both my husband and I. Alex, our finance manager, is just one of a kind. He really went his way to have us approved and it was fast! He is so approachable and easy to talk to. He would call and give us updates. He made us feel that we were making the right decision and he was with us along the way. And of course, the best part was picking up our car! Jim, is a sweetheart! He is funny and made us feel that we are appreciated. He took the time to explain and show us important points about the car. He even sync our phones with it. We are happy customers! Thank you, guys! You did well! Congratulations! More

Searching for my car with Lily was my first impression of Charles The purchase of my 2014 Prius V was straightforward and the service was exceptional. Searching for my car with Lily was my first impression of Charlesglen and I appreciated that she respected what I wanted in my Prius and immediately began searching for a car with my specifications, instead of trying to sell me unsuitable cars already on the dealership lot, which is what two other dealerships did. Thank you, Lily. Kyle in Financing drew up a conditional bill of sale while I waited for my Prius to be shipped to me from Japan. The final bill of sale held no surprises and both Kyle and Alex in Financing were easy to work with and very friendly. Mark explained how the hybrid engine works, gave me tips to get the most mileage out of my vehicle, and also was a pleasure to talk with. Another reason I gave Charlesglen Toyota the best rating? Although my husband came with me every time, each of these people spoke directly to me, as the car buyer, and not to the man accompanying me. Thank you for showing that respect to me. Cheers! More
