Hon Ho has been taking care of me and my 2007 Yaris for Hon Ho has been taking care of me and my 2007 Yaris for several years. He is an extremely personable individual who always goes out of his way to be Hon Ho has been taking care of me and my 2007 Yaris for several years. He is an extremely personable individual who always goes out of his way to be helpful, reassuring, honest and professional. It's nice that he also has a good sense of humour! On the few occasions that Hon has not been available, Alex Chan has also been a pleasure to do business with. The South African gentleman who runs the shuttle-bus (sorry, I don't remember his name!) is also a personal favourite. His service is prompt, courteous, and he has excellent road etiquette. On some occasions I've had to wait around several hours in the restaurant upstairs. What could easily be a tiresome experience is, instead, quite a pleasant interlude in a busy day. The food is just fine, the service very friendly, and it helps that the space is light and airy with plenty of comfortable seating. I enjoyed a good 45 minute nap there just last week! This is by far the best service centre I've ever used, whether in the US, UK, SA or here at home in Canada. More

I have been coming to Toyota on the Park for about 5 years. Mario Ng and his team are wonderful: professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Hon Ho, my service consultant, is very patient in an years. Mario Ng and his team are wonderful: professional, thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. Hon Ho, my service consultant, is very patient in answering my technical questions and explaining what needs to be done. He always checks with me first for my ok on a quote before proceeding with any work. Mario Ng is a very special person: kind, understanding and always goes the extra mile to resolve a concern or problem with my car. The camaraderie that I see with his staff and mutual respect is wonderful to see. When I pull into the service bay I know that my car is not viewed as "just another car to service or fix" but that there is a person who relies on that vehicle to be safe for them and their family and friends . My husband and I would not consider taking our car for service anywhere else. In fact, a big reason why we traded our Toyota Echo in for another Toyota (also purchased at Toyota on the Park) was our satisfaction with the service we have gotten to date at Toyota on the Park. Alex greeted me when I walked in the door. Very friendly and professional. Very personable and as a customer I value that. I was recommended by a friend to go there and look for Alex to tune up my car as and professional. Very personable and as a customer I value that. I was recommended by a friend to go there and look for Alex to tune up my car as well as do an oil change. The service was quick and I was offered refreshments as I waited. Definitely a place that I will go to again for my car servicing from now on and I would definitely pass on a good word for Alex to my friends and family. Another point I liked about Alex was that he recommended other services to me as well, but wasn't pushy about it. He described what each service helped with on my car and I appreciated that. More

Alex has excellent customer service skills. He treats customers respectfully and is always very clear and upfront with costs and suggestions. I always feel comfortable and that I can trust his advice, rather than feeling pressured. He is also the BEST with his attention to detail - I sometimes give specific instructions or have special requests, and he is the only one who never gets anything wrong! I always ask for him when scheduling appointments and if he's not working, he always makes sure that I'm covered by one of his colleagues with everything ready to go. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't even consider going to another dealership because of him - honestly. And I've referred my family members to Toyota On The Park because of him and they all tell me how great he is. More

Alex Chan has been extremely efficient, helpful, honest, and knowledgeable each time I have needed to bring my Corolla in for service. I have never experience a long line-up, or wait, as Alex and the dealership care a lot about their customers' busy lives. I always feel reassured after speaking to Alex about my car. I've come to Toyota on the Park for service since it opened and have been completely satisfied with my experience in the top notch service centre. My regular service advisor, Hon, always remembers my na opened and have been completely satisfied with my experience in the top notch service centre. My regular service advisor, Hon, always remembers my name and is friendly and polite. He makes sure he has all the details clear about the reason for my visit, let's me know what needs to be done and how long it will take . The work is always done right the first time. If Hon is not in when I arrive, I can be sure of similar high quality support from any of the available service advisers such as Alex, who I also deal with often. The service greeters are also friendly, helpful and efficient. The service manager, Mario, is often circulating in the service area, greeting customers and making sure they are being well looked after. The drive-in receiving bays, the restaurant and the very comfortable customer lounge area all combine to provide a five star experience. More
