Great Price, Easy Purchase I just bought a 2019 Genesis from Family Hyundai and the experience could not have been more easy. I did a good amount of research on the vehicle befo I just bought a 2019 Genesis from Family Hyundai and the experience could not have been more easy. I did a good amount of research on the vehicle before I contacted Family Hyundai, so I knew the purchase price I wanted to be at. I saw the car I wanted for the price I felt comfortable with online, I called and spoke to manager to setup a test drive and confirm pricing, and I ended up buying the car the same day. Overall, I don't think things could have been smoother. :) More

Well run operation. I visited the Family Hyundai website last Saturday. I found 2 vehicles that were of interest. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Kelly the i I visited the Family Hyundai website last Saturday. I found 2 vehicles that were of interest. Shortly thereafter, I received a call from Kelly the internet sales co-ordinater. We set up an appointment for the following Tuesday. We were met promptly by Ricki Gushi, who had our final choice waiting for us at the door. My wife and I took the vehicle for a test drive, while our trade in was being evaluated. Upon our return, Ricky had a value for the trade in and quickly put together the finance package with 0% interest. We agreed to the deal. We met with Al to discuss some after market items without feeling at all pressured to purchase them. ( A welcome rarity ). Then breezed through finance with Leon, and back to Ricky to go over many of the features. We were on our way. A very nice experience! More
