I debated giving less but was being fair due to COVID-19. First off let's state the good parts they did do the touch up they owed me on my paint in a timely manner or 3 days. Now the issues I found starting day 1 I come in and I have a Genesis g70 the genesis rep send me over to the new guy to get checked in get my loaner and so on. This is fine however the new guy is unsure how to issue me a loaner and so on and his coworkers didn't seem to want to help told him I'm busy and just wait a minute now note there is 3-4 reps and only 2 customers currently at 9am. The genesis reps proceeded to call his current customers while new guys tries to check me in while another rep down the isle is having a personal phone call about someone's mother in law that I can over hear instead of helping new guy check me in. 45 minutes pass and I'm still waiting and the guy can't issue me the genesis rental as he was trying to do so through the hyundai rental which then the Genesis rep chimes in and tells him.why does he need that car just go find another hyundai to which I spoke up and said its most likely due to the fact I own a genesis. At this point the genesis rep decides to check out the rental for me in a matter or 2 minutes. The service was sloppy and the reps just seem to not care until it is needed and communication is none existent from sales to service etc. Every time I have to call and ask whats the update, did you guys do this etc and for me to buy the "luxury" and be treated this way really makes me question the level of care provided. More

I am a 52 year old woman and I didn't feel that I was being rushed making my decision on which vehicle to purchase. Larry Edwards was my Salesman an every question I had he answered assuring that I understood exactly what I needed to know about the vehicles and how much I was spending. There were times I asked him the same questions 2 or 3 times (lol) and he patiently answered my questions again. As a female purchasing a vehicle alone it can get challenging sometimes but I am here to say FAMILY HYUNDAI proved that is a myth for women to be taken advantage of when purchasing a vehicle. Thanks to you all for truly living up to the meaning of FAMILY! I am forever now a FAMILY MEMBER of FAMILY HYUNDAI :) More

Carlos was great. He listened to what I needed and he found the Palisade that I was looking for. No pressure just listened and the right price too. For the service I took my palisade for a tire under the found the Palisade that I was looking for. No pressure just listened and the right price too. For the service I took my palisade for a tire under the tire and rim warranty, took 3 days to get a tire and my tire was placed wrong. The inside of the tire was in the outside. Called the next day and I was told to take it in. My tired was fixed. I am happy now. I just hope next time I have a tire problem it doesn't that long to get a tire. More
