I was disappointed that Al would not leave his mask on when we were in his office with him. It made me uncomfortable. Otherwise everyone was great! Al was super friendly, don’t get me wrong...but should r when we were in his office with him. It made me uncomfortable. Otherwise everyone was great! This was my first car buying experience so I've come to understand that this is the way business is done, but I left feeling pretty poorly about the situation. Happy about my car and all but the process to understand that this is the way business is done, but I left feeling pretty poorly about the situation. Happy about my car and all but the process took much longer than it should have and they wait you out so you add additional warranties, etc. If you go in understanding that will happen, you'll be fine. Just don't expect them to be any different than an average dealership experience. We did like Mark Ott a lot, he was great. More
