And he wasn't kidding, we're so very happy with our Newly used 2017 Dodge Journey Crossroad. It has so many features that our 2012 Orlando did not. Before trying, The Loan Arranger in Scarborough (ON), I tried another well known dealership in Bowmanville (ON). There I was denied by everyone of their loaners/banks except one who offered me financing at 26% interest with a downpayment!!!!!!! Once at The Loan Arranger, I noticed that there was more selection of Cars, SUVs, and Trucks. All of their employees seemed happier and more friendly. They also proved to be more knowledgeable and had a better work ethic; calling the loaners/banks directly to negotiate the deal. Unlike the other dealership I visited. I was reffered to Adam Broome, the Credit Manager for The Loan Arranger, by my neighbour who has bought 3 cars from Adam over the years. What he did for me is unforgettable! After tons of calls and emails with the different loaners/banks, Adam was able to turn the 26% interest with a downpayment to 11% interest $0 down!!!!! With this, I was able to afford a 2016 Nissan Altima after my 2003 Hyundai Sonata died on me. I never would have imagined when going to the Loan Arranger (from being offered 26% interest in Bowmanville) that I would be driving a new car off the lot. I can confidently say that there is NO OTHER PLACE TO GO THAN THE LOAN ARRANGER WHEN LOOKING FOR THE BEST DEAL!! Thank you Adam and the rest of the staff at the Scarborough location for making my experience easy and stress-free!! More

Best Car Expireance Yet I didn't have great credit, but that didn't stop Adam from doing what he's apparently born to do. I was given the best rate I've ever had, with a RE I didn't have great credit, but that didn't stop Adam from doing what he's apparently born to do. I was given the best rate I've ever had, with a REAL bank! Got me into a new car and I couldn't be happier. All staff were professional and kind. Must say tho, I worked with Adam, he basically read my mind, didn't lie or stretch truth about anything, straight forward and real guy. Made my experience pleasant and extremely easy. 11 out of 10 for these guys. Absolutely take advantage of what they have to offer. Trust me, I've been to them all. More

Adam Broome actually listens when you talk and understands and works with you to find what fits into your budget. I have been dealing with the loan arranger through Adam Broome now for 5 years and I have never had any issues with any of the vehicles I have gotten through them and I liked the service so much so my wife got a car trough the loan arranger as well. So if you want to be treated like a human and get the respect you deserve contact Adam Broome at the loan arranger He really does care and go’s above and beyond. Tell him adam u sent you. More

A great experience! I was looking for a new car but was concerned with about having less than great credit. I first went to the dealership that I had been servicing my ol I was looking for a new car but was concerned with about having less than great credit. I first went to the dealership that I had been servicing my old car for the past 10 years (and another 12 years before with another car) and found the sales people to be less than helpful with options for me that were not appropriate (I wondered if they were even listening). I didn't know what to expect when I went to Loan Arranger but as soon as I called and got Adam Broome (Credit Manager) and got a call back promptly I knew that it would be good ... I just didn't know how good. Adam was extremely helped. He listened to what I said and offered options that would work for me. After I bought my car, he continued to help me with questions, always promptly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my car selection. He's knowledgeable and personable. I also had a good experience with the other members of the team that occasionally took my phone call (when Adam was out of the office) or helped me when I just showed up with a question. I will definitely look for Adam's advice when I'm buying my next vehicle and highly recommend them to anyone who likes being treated well. More
