bought car with transimission problems so i had recently purchased a 2016 nissan sentra from this dealer after having it for a couple weeks i noticed the car started acting funny so i broug so i had recently purchased a 2016 nissan sentra from this dealer after having it for a couple weeks i noticed the car started acting funny so i brought it to the nissan dealership and sure enough i had to have the transmission replaced (luckly it was covered by warranty) after about two weeks it started doing the same thing but this time nissan told me that was normal after replacing the transmission for doing the same thing, made no sense to me so it started progressivly getting worse, so i had called adam broome at the loan arranger and told him what was going on and instead of just keep sending me back to the dealership he told me to bring the car back and supplied me with a new one and i couldnt be more happy with my new vehicle. now normally i would have been stuck with the nissan seeing as my warranty was up with the loan arranger, but let me tell you adam is the man and helped me with everything that was causing me alot of stress i would recommend this place to anybody looking to get a vehicle nobody else wouldve done what they did in this situation. More

Stellar Customer Service I walked into Loan Arranger scared that I would be taken advantage of and nervous that I would get turned down. I had a low credit score due to student loans and bad choices in my youth . I met with Adam Broome on a Tuesday and was driving my red 2012 Chevy Cruz by Thursday . Adam was amazing he is very sincere person and did not judge my situation . The following week I had a few issues with my car ,I told Adam and he had a mechanic look at it asap . My tire even blew out and a manager from Loan Arranger came out to me and helped me out .All this was done free of charge .I was absolutely shocked at the customer service I received ,it was beyond impressive . I recently purchased my second vehicle from him Adam Broome, located at the Scarborough 'The Loan Arranger', has been a complete delight to deal with. I recently purchased my second vehicle from him at this dealership. On both occasions, he BUSTED his hump, big time, to get me what I wanted. When I went to him for the first purchase, my credit was a wreck- a TOTAL mess- but I needed a car. Not only did he get me a car that was of way better quality than I expected, but he gave me credit-related advice to help me from here on it. Well, I took that advice. And so I went back a 2nd time with a renewed credit score. I didn't hesitate to ask Adam for his help, again, in finding me a new vehicle for my growing family because I trusted him and his professionalism.
