Atul and MWC gave me the best customer service I have ever received since I moved to Canada. I have been to several car dealers, and all of them were looking for their comfort zone. However, at MWC, I ha ever received since I moved to Canada. I have been to several car dealers, and all of them were looking for their comfort zone. However, at MWC, I had a whole new experience. The dealership excels at attention to detail and putting the customer first. From price point to trade in value assessment, they gave us the best possible deal and we really appreciate it. Sunny even arranged a great deal for new winter tires that were on the car when we picked it up. Throughout the time we were dealing with the MWC Sunny kept in touch and followed up with answers to our questions and arranging a schedule we could work with. Best experience I've ever had with a car dealership - new or used. Highly recommend you go see Sunny at Most Wanted Cars next time you need a vehicle! More

Typical used car dealer, they will make a lot of promises while you are looking at the car but unlikely to follow through with them. Our salesperson was nice enough, but over promised the condition the vehic while you are looking at the car but unlikely to follow through with them. Our salesperson was nice enough, but over promised the condition the vehicle would be in once they had fixed some of the physical issues we had noticed during the test drive. Luckily we recorded all of our conversations with the sales person and manager, so if we do have to follow up with OMVIC, we have proof. Would recommend recording conversations as they were opposed to putting things in writing despite being asked. More
