"Very poor service, incompetent service technicians. Took a car for diagnostic at the end of September, paid the fee and was told that there is no problem, and I am imagining the humming sound. Just few weeks later they are telling me I have to replace transfer case for $9K. What a joke! no attempts to rectify the situation, no explanation, and managed to charge me for 2nd diagnostic again."
