Lies and no respect - Juju
Complaint about one of your Dealership in Quebec for the lying and dishonest actions they took. We live 2h30 away from Québec - so we asked all the question by phone. We asked about rust under the car because for us it is an important criteria. Word by word the salesman said : "Not sure if it was oiled every year but there is no rust". Fast forward August 22nd and we drove 2h30 with two toddler and took time off at work to get possession of the car as everything they said was good.
Arrived there at 6h45pm - my husband go take a peek at the car (2013 4runner ) to discover they lied about the rust and just recently covered it with black spray. More around the wheel too and the brake that were supposedly changed during inspection. Everything for looks eh! So my hubby, losing all the trust at this point, goes see the director. He tells them about the rust and director said : "The salesman never said anything about rust and we don't go underneath cars to see if they have rust". So they are lying at this point because they spread the car + during inspection they go under . It's a 24 000$ car and then said "it's a 2013 - you are going to have rust" - So my hubby all upset tell them to come outside and come look at our 2011 with no rust because it was oiled every single year : he never came out . They really showed no respect at all and never wanted to admit they were wrong. The director asked if still are taking the car as he said :"Anyway there 2-3 more people who wants to buy it if you don't" - So my husband just said - "Perfect give me my deposit back then". Director loses it and said "This is a real joke" all mad.
We asked to do the change of oil for Transmission and Differential as it was never done and overdue, but they didn’t know because they never went and get the service record - told me if I wanted it to go Toyota - so we did ourselves. Anyway we left with no car - really disappointed we wasted our time .It is really disappointing nowadays to see people care more about making money than giving a good service

I come in to buy 2 infinity, and we were negotiating. After realized I like one of the price of the q60 and q50, he did swear at me saying and was a cheap xxx. He starting saying I'm the best you are really xxxx and all. I really hated his way of being. JEAN DUFOUR This saleperson is not good and must be fired in my opinion if not do not go see this guy
