"Worst car urchase experience ever"

I went to this dealer because they are open on Saturdays. Everythig went fine on the day of the purchase but everything went wrong after that day. The car I chose had to be found elsewhere and I kept being told that a vehicle had been found but the delivery date kept being pushed off. They realized a half hour before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle that I was returning another make of vehicle in exchange and thatcertain formalities had to be done. They acted as if this lapse was my fault. When I picked up the car, none of the options I had purchaed, including winter tires, were available and I had to take time to go back a few weeks later to have these things installed. The delivery was done by someone who didn't really know the vehicle. Small detail, the time on the interior clock hadn't even been adjusted to current time, unbelievable considering this is a high end car. There is no communication at this dealer, towards the client or between themselves - the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I swore that I wouldn't step foot in this place again until I return the car in four years! The dealership has changed name since my purchase so they may have been sold. This wouldn't surprise me, they probably treated other customers the same way.

"Good dealership, worst salesman EVER."

I was just at Infiniti Laval today, and I had the worst experience of my life. I would to say that MR. Jocelyn Ouellet, the salesperson at Infiniti laval, is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I cannot believe that there is such a salesperson in the ranks of Infiniti, given the everybody else is so professional and courteous. Mr. Ouellet did not only call me a liar to my face, he also tried to kick me out of the dealership. And all that because he did not believe the price I got with another dealership. When he saw me, because of my normal attire, he immediately assumed a defensive stance and believed that I could not, or deserve not to drive an Infiniti. After he got off the phone with his manager, he came to me, agitated, by writing numbers on a pad, pointing and speaking at high volume, showing me that it is impossible to get a car at the price I mentioned, that I am lying to him. He even dared me to show him that I could buy an Infiniti, saying that he will be looking closely as he can see it from his system. Calling me once more a liar, and showed me the door immediately. Worst of all, after I showed him proof that indeed, I was not lying, he would not believe me and tried to kick me out of the dealership. He even discriminated against my father, a Canadian citizen, for not speaking French. This matter shall be an official complaint at Commission des droits de la person et des droits de la jeuness as he refused to serve my father because he could not communicate in French, and discriminated against him for communicating in Chinese with me. During the brief meeting of 30 minutes, he was rude and impolite, and most importantly unprofessional on more than one occasion. This reflected really badly on Infiniti, a brand which I really love. I think that anybody who walks into Infiniti Laval deserves a better service than this, and this level of unprofessionalism will reflect really badly on Infiniti, as a brand. Please do note that I bought the car I wanted, at Spinelli. I was definitively ready to make a deal tonight, but because of Mr. Ouellet's unprofessionalism, I finally decided to take my purchase elsewhere even though your manager did secure a better price for me.

"Waste of time..."

Went to check a car that I saw online. The car which they claimed has been inspected did not even start for a test drive and had to jump-start the battery. They said the service center did not check the battery. After lots of non-sense going back and forth to the sales manager, they offered me a price for a used car which I did not accept and walked away. After an hour they asked me to go back to hear their new offer, but much to my surprise, they offered me the same price. Drove all the way from Ottawa but it was just a waste of time and money. I am glad I did not get the car as it could have had much more issues that they did not tell me.

Infiniti fans, stay away from Infiniti Laval. The car sales guys are whole bunch of liars. They sold me a car stating many, many times that it was free of any accident. But I just discovered that there has been one. I'm taking them to court. I won't stop until I get my money back, and will never ever do any business with them again. Speaking from my frustrating experience, don't even go there.
