We purchased a vehicle from Goinfiniti south edm the end of December with plans to leave on am extended medical trip to Mexico. The first day had a pretty major issue but drivable, by the time halfway through the usa had engine troubles. Dallas dealer repaired, got into mexico and a month later the same issue but worse. We have reached out for help many times only ignored. We're falsely sold warranty being told it would work here. 4 months stuck here now no vehicle no reimbursement and no communication. From the GM down ignore amd I do have on paper they said we would have warranty here. Still we sit. The only ones offering help are the dallas dealer but need the vehicle there and go infiniti Will not pay for this either nor respond. We have been patient but are losing my health due to the stress loss of income, paying to live here and spouses job at home. Being completely ignored. Never trust this dealer. Iv owner over 40 vehicles in my life and NEVER taken advantage of so bad or ignored like this immediately after a purchase. Mechanics here finding many manyvother issues that are showing this truck was sold under many false pretenses and cover ups.

I bought an Infiniti qx 70 last august I dealt with a business manager named Courtney. When she couldn’t up sell on me on useless extras for the car that’s when she turned ignorant because she didn’t make her commission. She never answered my calls or responded to my multiple messages I left on her voicemail these people cared less about me because I payed cash so there weren’t making any extra money on top of the vehicle sale. I was very disappointed with how they treated me especially for a so called high end dealership and will never shop go auto again I don’t know if these people were racist against me but it sure showed by how they treated me.
