Service department disappointed to say the least. - mbrady
Service department disappointed to say the least. I now refuse to do business with any of the Mark Motor dealerships.
Bought a CPO vehicle last June, still had factory warranty yet they couldn't find me for roadside assistance so I had the vehicle towed in on my CAA membership.
Then they proceed to make me an appointment for Thursday at 1pm, heard nothing back all day so I sent out a text on the Friday " how's my car doing " no reply. They didn't take my car in until the following Wednesday (I can see on the app if my car has been running or changed location). Finally fix the car by the following Monday so at this point they had my car for 2 weeks, for a battery and update. When I spoke to the assistant Service manager on a 1400$ bill he thought 200$ was a reasonable amount for my trouble. This coming from a dealership that changed 195$ + tax just to look at the vehicle. Could have had the car fixed 2 days for 750$ at 2 other garages I called around.
