My experience with Mercedes-Benz West Island was - Tarik
My experience with Mercedes-Benz West Island was incredibly disappointing. Initially, I was attracted by a promotion offer, only to find out that I couldn't qualify due to a family member purchasing a Benz just weeks prior. Apparently, their loyalty program restricts benefits to only one family member, which was news to me.
Despite this setback, I decided to explore other options. However, upon attempting to cancel my dealings with West Island, I was bombarded with calls from a representative named Michel Dropsy, who insisted on retaining me as a customer. After expressing my desire for the same deal elsewhere, he assured me they could match it.
However, when it came time to finalize the agreement, I was shocked to discover numerous hidden fees and charges that weren't disclosed earlier. They claimed these additional expenses were necessary due to the nature of their deal compared to the one I found elsewhere.
As if that wasn't enough, the financial manager, Atif, further increased the total due by an additional $3000, making the overall cost substantially higher than what was initially agreed upon. Their lack of transparency and sudden increase in costs left me feeling frustrated and deceived.
In the end, I chose to walk away from Mercedes-Benz West Island and found a much better deal elsewhere. The experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would caution others to beware of their questionable business practices.
BTW : I attempted to inquire with Michael regarding the fate of my $500 deposit, but regrettably, his responses were rather nebulous and lacked clarity.
