EXTREME POOR SERVICE GIVEN BY SERVICE MANAGER ANDREW TELLING ME THAT THERE COULD BE CHARGES VERIFYING THE WINDOWS SCRATCHED ON A 2017 S63, AND TELLING ME WHY DO I BRING CAR LIKE THIS TO THE WEST ISLAND DEALER AND THAT I SHOULD BE TAKING IT TO BLAINVILLE WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED. OBVIOUSLY THIS GENTLEMEN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING AT MERCEDES. THIS DEALERSHIP WAS SO MUCH BETTER WHEN IT WAS CORPORATE. DEFINATELY MY LAST MERCEDES PRODUCT FOR MYSELF AND FRIENDS

It is an incredible but true story. Twice, not once have the technicians at Silver Star wrongly inflated my tires! Once they were over the 50 on the pressure gauge and i removed so much to bring it down to the recommended psi. Not once did they excuse themselves of the error. It could have had a disastrous outcome, like the tires exploding while driving.
This time they under inflated them and my sensor came on. Unreal! A simple task of inflating tires and its done wrong!
Service sucks as I called at 2.30 to inform them of this. They never called back. I did the morning after and the technician that served me had no clue what the right pressure had to be! He asked me to send him a picture of the label inside the door panel so he could see what was written!!! Yes...he is at silver star and has no clue! As i am writting this he hasn't called back yet and doubt he will.
Will I ever go back to Silver Star? Never again.

Faire l achat de mon deuxième Mercedes n’a pas été une belle expérience; Le véhicule pas à La auteur d un Mercedes C 400 certifié, suppose nous dédommager pour tout les inconvénients;
Erreur prix , derrière du siège brisé , pas pneus hivers sur le véhicule, deux moi et demi plus tard ; rien n est toujours pas réglé , de loin je recommande pour ma part ce concessionnaire, dommage pour un concessionnaire de cette Marque d opulence .

I had my car serviced and when i came to pick it up, i noticed my rear bumper was hit. They said it wasnt them that did it and they couldnt do nothing about it. ClEARlY IT WAS THEM because before i brought my car to get serviced the rear bumper had NO damage on it. They dont want to take responsibilty for anything. Their customer service is terrible, AND they attempted to threaten me because of my bumper saying they will not pay for it. What kind of customer service is that? I had been polite the whole time, yet they are trying to threaten me etc etc. I dont recommend bringing your car there.

I hope this doesn't happen to all their customers, but my experience with this dealership is a bad one. I'm not going to comment on their prices too much, they're not horrible and the personnel isn't exactly "unfriendly" but they just don't give a damn about you. If you have a question about your lease, forget about it. My lease was ending in less then a month so I decided to give them a call to get an estimate to extend the lease just to see, and also where and when I need to drop my Volvo off. It took me the whole month to actually get in touch with a person that knew anything. The secretary just kept transferring me to different people that never answered their business or cell phones and never called me back despite many messages I had left. I finally somehow luckily got in touch just before my lease ended. I was very frustrated and tired of this dealership so I decided to go for a different brand of car because I can't take cooperating with them any more. Definitely not a pleasant experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

A complete comedy of errors from start to finish. Chaos and broken promises that have yet to be resolved. The best part of dealing with this purchase is that the dealership tries to put the blame on anyone else except themselves. If you like to gamble, go ahead and take a chance, buy a car from them. You've been warned.
