I have never experienced this level of poor customer - Despina Karafotis
I have never experienced this level of poor customer service, lack of communication, and complete disregard for a customer after purchasing a vehicle.
I purchased a 2022 Audi A3 from Audi West Island at the beginning of December 2025, with approximately 44,000 km. I made a significant financial commitment because I trusted the Audi name and expected professionalism, accountability, and a premium level of service. Unfortunately, I received the complete opposite.
Since purchasing the vehicle, I have dealt with Tommy Bourgon, the used sales manager, Mehdi Mohammed, the service department manager, three different service advisors, Leila Khoury, Norman Rassy, Cristian Cojocaru and especially Julie Delisle, the General Manager. Despite repeatedly explaining my situation and giving the dealership numerous opportunities to resolve it, I have been passed around and left to chase people for answers.
I eventually sent a formal mise en demeure to Julie Delisle on May 4, 2026 outlining my concerns and requesting a resolution.
It has now been approximately seven weeks, and I am still waiting for a response from the General Manager.
Seven weeks.
This is completely unacceptable. This was a formal notice regarding a vehicle I purchased from your dealership, yet I cannot even receive a timely response from management.
The most frustrating part is that I have been patient. I have communicated respectfully, followed up repeatedly, spoken with multiple employees and managers, and given Audi West Island more than enough opportunities to make things right. Instead, I have been passed from one person to another, forced to repeat myself, and left without a meaningful solution.
I should not have to fight this hard just to be heard.
I no longer want this vehicle, and I have no interest in continuing to do business with Audi. The trust I had in both the dealership and the brand has been completely destroyed.
Problems can happen with any vehicle. What matters is how a dealership treats its customer when something goes wrong. Audi West Island has failed miserably in that regard.
I have felt dismissed, disrespected, and not taken seriously throughout this entire process. Spending tens of thousands of dollars on a vehicle should not result in a customer having to constantly chase the dealership for basic communication and accountability.
I expected a premium experience from Audi. Instead, I received months of frustration, poor communication, and absolutely no satisfactory resolution.
I regret purchasing my Audi A3 from Audi West Island, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
