I am absolutely livid with my experience at Mitsubishi, and specifically with the manager Niculae Raiciu, who sold me an "Platinum shield protection plan." I was promised that this plan would cover a wide range of issues and give me peace of mind with my purchase. Turns out, his promises don’t match the agreement that you signed. I was assured that the protection plan would take care of everything from A to Z, but when it came time to use it, I was left with nothing. It’s a complete joke!
When I brought up the issues with my vehicle, the protection plan was practically useless. The manager flat-out lied about what the coverage would entail and now I’m stuck with costly repairs that I was told would be covered. He was incredibly pushy during the sale and kept assuring me that this was the best option for peace of mind, but now it feels like I’ve been completely scammed.
Do yourself a favor and AVOID this protection plan — and especially avoid dealing with this dishonest manager. He clearly does not care about customer satisfaction, only pushing extra products that don’t do what they’re promised to do. Worst purchase experience I’ve ever had!
